Our History - Coverage Area Atlantic Homes began on the island of Martha’s Vineyard to fill the gap between existing stick built construction, which had become priced beyond the reach of many Vineyarders, Islanders and summer residents alike and the existing modular homes, many of which were priced affordably, but lacked the quality, features and custom flexibility that many customers sought.
The product proved so successful that Atlantic began a satellite operation in Needham, MA to serve the residents of Greater Boston, providing the same quality and service to customers in Greater Boston. With 2 offices to serve you we now proudly offer coverage throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
What makes an EPOCH Home so special? It all starts with the name EPOCH. "Epoch" means a new beginning, a point in time from which progress can be measured. Although we have had this name for over 20 years, we feel that it is especially fitting now, in this "rebuilding "era".
Epoch sets the standard for quality, made in New England by skilled craftsmen utilizing premium lumber and finish materials and working in a controlled environment.
