Epoch has always been recognized for the quality of the products we use in construction, as well as the care and detail with which we build every single house, be it a 900 square foot cottage or 15,000 square foot Modular Mansion. Our Preferred Series homes use such high quality products as Andersen or Pella windows, Moen faucets, and Yorktown cabinets in hickory, maple, or oak.

Whatever products you select, the exact same care and old world craftsmanship are built into every house.
We make every effort to accommodate special orders. If you want something not listed here, and many of our customers do, we simply allow and prep for the item at the factory and install it onsite.
