In addition to offering turnkey Modular homes, you may engage our services to assist you with your own project, large or small.  Let us bring our knowledge, experience and expertise to consult on your own project.  We work efficiently, and offer flexible fees that can be based on the job, per diem, or per hour.  Pay only for the time that you need.

Project Feasibility / Permitting assistance
Probably the most difficult aspect of the process of building a new home or addition for the homeowner is this critical first step.  “Can I build what I want”  “How do I go about getting a permit?”  Believe it or not, we actually spend more time on initial consultations discussing feasibility and permitting than we do the modular building process itself.Knowledge and experience most often spells the difference between success and failure in obtaining a permit.  We can help you with Zoning, conservation, wetlands, subdivision, whatever the issue.  We have the knowledge and experience to get you through the process

Deliver and set option
Some of our clients choose to be an owner-builder, or their own general contractor, for their project. Owner-builders can sometimes save considerable money on site development costs, although as the builder of record, they are also taking primary responsibility and liability for the project’s outcome. If you choose to be an owner-builder, we are happy to work with you and provide professional and experienced guidance. And if there are some parts of the project that you don’t want to handle on your own, then we are available to handle it for you at a very competitive rate.  We will never try to steer you into using any of our other services, nor will we try to steer you into being an owner-builder and take responsibility for anything that you don’t want.

Licensed Construction Supervisor “GC” for Hire
Do you have a conventional or modular prject that you would like some assisnatce with?  A Licensed Construction Supervisor is available to consult or assist with your own modular or conventional  construction  or remodeling project. Again, in the role of consultant, either hourly, per day or start to finish.  Also, we offer dedicated project management services and can supervise your entire project, modular or conventional.

Throughout the years, Atlantic Homes has helped many families build the homes of their dreams, but we also build Distinctive Additions? We can assist you in all aspects of the planning, permitting & construction of that addition of a second floor, in-law suite, additional bedrooms or bath, family room or garage.

Love your neighborhood but your house is outdated? Sometimes an addition makes sense.  Other times, it makes more sense to tear down, design and rebuild the home you always wanted on your current lot.  Each situation is different.  Trust us to give you an honest evaluation of which scenario makes the most sense for you and your family.  We offer unvarnished analysis of the economic and functional benefits and drawbacks to each solution.  Some projects make more sense to do modular, others do not.  We will give you an honest opinion.  While we would love to have more modular business, we value our client relationships more and will not direct you to a solution that serves our needs more than yours. If your project is best handled by a conventional builder we will tell you.  Further, we are available to consult with you should you choose to go that route.
